Blue Tassel is an affordably priced line of mostly silk tops and dresses. If you remember the turquoise peacock dress from this summer, this is the same line. Gorgeous clothes, flattering fits. Two silk tops just came in as well as this black jersey pailette dress that would look stunning with tall black boots.
